Returns

We endeavour to do our very best in quickly resolving any issues with your purchase in a reasonable and fair manner.

Please get in touch at the earliest opportunity if you are unhappy with your order. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. After this point, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. All items must be returned in a sellable condition (unless faulty) and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is not eligible for a return.

Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm if you are approved for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive any return items and we are not responsible for any returns until we receive them.
